Doublet

Our plume doublets are made from plume agate mined in the USA and selected directly with the miner specifically for doublet work ~ focusing on movement, contrast, and strong clarity.

We choose material with good translucency so the plumes remain bright and visible once assembled. Foggy or opaque agate does not produce a good doublet, so only clear, light-passing pieces are used.

We primarily work with three plume sources:
Pink Lady Plume (Graveyard Point, SE Oregon )
North Ridge Plume (Owyhee region, Oregon )
Bella Vista Plume (SE Oregon )

Each doublet is assembled and cut in-house, making every piece one of a kind.
